Knowingly or not there are all sorts of harmful gases surround us, threatening the cleanliness of air, land and our survival. There are from combustion of gasoline, farming, forest clearing, etc, here is the list:
Carbon monoxide (CO)
Carbon monoxide gas comes from the burning imperfectly of fossil fuels, such as: oil, wood fuel and gasoline. This gas is colorless and has no smell, but can enter the body through the respiratory tract and is absorbed in the bloodstream that can weaken heart contractions.
Klororoflorokarbon (CFC)
CFCs are widely used by most modern societies. The use of several electronic devices such as refrigerators, air conditioners, room fragrances, releasing CFCs into the air, up into the stratosphere, react with ultraviolet light to release chlorine atoms that can make holes in the ozone layer. Depletion of the ozone layer will make global warming.
Electromagnetic wave radiation
Electromagnetic wave radiation is a combination of electric and magnetic fields. Examples are infrared, gamma rays, X-rays and radio frequencies.
Lead (Pb)
Lead is a heavy metal contained in the earth’s crust and spread into nature in small amounts through a natural process. One cause of the timbale is air pollution. Timbale inhaled or ingested by humans will be circulated in bloodstream, absorbed by the kidney and damage it.
Greenhouse gases
Greenhouse gases are produced by industrial farms, the burning of fossil fuels in vehicles, factories, and deforestation.
