Small Steps for Environment


Global warming has become a global problem which affects all over the world. Starting from our attitude towards the environment and ultimately our own who accept the consequences. Changing seasons patterns, rising temperatures on earth and so much more a result of this ozone layer hole. There are a few small steps that can be a daily habits to reduce this growing global warming. These are the steps:

  1. Tree planting. One tree can absorb one ton of CO2 over their lifetime. So protect your home with trees, besides you get beautiful scenery at the same time that can help clean the air.
  2. Open Window. If not too hot, we should reduce the use of air conditioning by opening windows.
  3. Avoid Plastics. Each year more than 500 billion plastic bags are produced and only 3% are recycled. The rest was a waste that will produce CO2 gas when buried in soil.
  4. Change driving habits. Wherever possible we use public transportation, in addition to reducing the congestion this will reduce the amount of CO2. If you go not too far away, there is no harm if you try cycling.
  5. Reduce Packaging. Whether paper or plastic packaging will continue to be garbage. You can bring your own bags when shopping in supermarkets to reduce use of packaging.
